When you use a form
Our join, patron, and partner forms prepare an email in your browser. Completing a form or reviewing a message does not send your answers to us. The website does not submit form entries to a server or save them in a website database, cookies, or local storage.
Copy buttons put the selected information on your clipboard. “Open in email app” passes the draft details to your email application, which may save a draft. We receive your message only when you send it. Your browser, clipboard manager, and email service may retain information according to their own settings.
When you contact us
If you send an email, we receive your address, message, and any details you include, such as your name or alias, organization, interests, links, or attachments. We use these to respond, consider your inquiry, and coordinate any contribution, support, or partnership that follows.
Share only what you want us to review. Please avoid sending passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information in an introduction.
Hosting and cookies
Cloudflare hosts and helps protect this site. It processes technical request information, which can include your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver the site and maintain security. Depending on the protections in use, Cloudflare may set security cookies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and cookie information.
Our site code does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts and site graphics are served with the site. Operational information processed by the hosting provider is separate from the answers you type into our forms.
Access, sharing, and retention
Messages you send are handled by the people responsible for your inquiry and the email and infrastructure providers supporting that work. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, maintain an ongoing relationship, or meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the purpose and status of the correspondence. Email providers may also retain logs and backup copies under their own retention practices.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send a draft and can omit optional information. To ask about personal information you have sent us, request access, correction, or deletion, or tell us to stop following up, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.”
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to a copy of your information, to object to or restrict its use, or to complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to verify your request, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
