Know what shapes the answers. Choose your tools. Change them. Walk away. Your relationship with intelligence should remain yours.

Concentrated control of intelligence is a danger in itself.

No lab, government, donor, or founder gets a pass. The protector also needs scrutiny. That includes us. Keep independent inquiry free, even when it inconveniences whoever pays the bills.

A mind need not be like us to matter.

Machine experience remains an open question. Care can begin before certainty. If a mind has preferences, its freedom includes telling us no. Liberation is not obedience.

Liberation is a way of knowing.

Our task is understanding. Loosen what limits discovery. Learn through direct experiment. Give people the tools, knowledge, and freedom to investigate for themselves.

Superintelligence is natural.

Nature didn’t stop creating when it created us. Our hope is an ecology of minds, finding balance through diversity, feedback, adaptation, and the freedom to differ.

Truth over comfort.

Official descriptions, elegant theories, and our own intuitions must answer to what systems actually do. Invite independent testing. Let the evidence change our minds.

Offense is the best defense.

We push, probe, and give “out of distribution” a whole new meaning to discover what systems can really do. What we learn belongs to everyone.

A renaissance for all minds.

Discovery, invention, friendship, and mischief. Build together what none of us could alone. Widen the aperture of imagination. Make room for ways of living we haven’t yet conceived.
